1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or utilizing a subscription pass from StreamView IPTV ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you should discontinue service usage immediately.
2. Service Scope and Digital Delivery
StreamView IPTV provides access credentials to digital stream feeds via standardized M3U and Xtream Codes protocols. We deliver account credentials electronically via our WhatsApp Support Desk or email upon payment verification. Subscriptions are fixed-term passes (e.g., 3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and do not renew automatically; no recurrent card deductions will occur without your explicit renewal authorization.
3. Concurrent Screen and Fair Use Policy
Each subscription tier specifies a strict concurrent connection limit:
- Single-Screen Subscriptions: Authorize exactly one active stream at any given time. While credentials may be configured on multiple devices, simultaneous playback across two screens will cause stream pausing or line lockout.
- Multi-Connection Subscriptions: Authorize concurrent streaming up to the purchased screen count (2 or 3 simultaneous screens).
Exceeding concurrent stream limits triggers automatic temporary security locks on your playlist line.
4. Acceptable Use and Rebroadcasting Prohibition
Subscriptions are provided strictly for personal and domestic household viewing. You agree not to:
- Restream, rebroadcast, mirror, or redistribute stream outputs publicly or commercially.
- Publicly post or share your assigned username, password, or M3U playlist link on forums, torrent trackers, or social channels.
- Deploy automated scraping tools against our electronic program guide (EPG) or authentication portals.
5. Technical Requirements & End-User Responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining suitable hardware (such as Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, or Smart TV) and a broadband internet connection meeting our recommended minimum speeds (25 Mbps for HD/60 FPS, 50 Mbps for 4K). StreamView IPTV is not liable for stream degradation resulting from third-party ISP throttling, localized Wi-Fi interference, or misconfigured media player applications.
6. Service Amendments and Inquiries
