How to Set Up StreamView IPTV on Android TV & Google TV

Compatible Android TV Hardware

This guide applies to all hardware powered by the Android TV or Google TV operating system:

• Nvidia Shield TV & Shield TV Pro
• Chromecast with Google TV (HD and 4K)
• Sony Bravia, Philips, and TCL Google TVs
• Xiaomi Mi Box S and Mi TV Stick
• Formuler Z-Series boxes (using MyTVOnline3 or TiviMate)

Step 1: Install Your Player from Google Play Store

Unlike Fire TV devices, Android TV features the native Google Play Store, eliminating the strict requirement for sideloading:

1. Open the Google Play Store from your Android TV apps drawer.
2. Search for TiviMate IPTV Player (recommended) or IPTV Smarters Pro.
3. Click Install.

Step 2: Connect with Xtream Codes API

1. Launch TiviMate or Smarters on your TV.
2. Choose Add Playlist and select Xtream Codes login.
3. Input the details provided by our WhatsApp support desk:

• Server URL: http://domain-or-ip:port (use your assigned server URL)
• Username: Your personal account username
• Password: Your secure account password

4. Check the box to include VOD (Movies & Series) and click Next.
5. Allow the player a few moments to synchronize channel bouquets and EPG guide listings.

Step 3: Android TV Performance Optimization

To unlock uninterrupted 60 FPS sports broadcasts:

• Buffer Size: In your player's settings, adjust the buffer size to Medium (or 3–5 seconds) to absorb temporary home network packet fluctuations.
• Hardware Acceleration: Ensure hardware decoding is enabled in Player Settings > Video Decoder.
• Ethernet vs 5GHz Wi-Fi: Whenever available, connect your Android TV box via Gigabit Ethernet cable for lowest latency during live events.
